SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and throughout Europe. Available carriers:
- USPS International
- DHL Express
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and location.
Rest of World We may take 2-4 weeks.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Issues We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
